Sea (Thailand) hosts the ‘DOTs: Digital Opportunities for Talents’ competition program with the aim to enhance essential skill sets of digital entrepreneurs among Thai young talents by providing a hands-on experience for them to truly understand the online business context and be able to adapt their skills to begin their career or to start their own business in the future.
Throughout the program, Sea (Thailand) also provided support for talents through workshops held by experts in various fields and coaching provided by mentors from Shopee. Under this year’s theme ‘SME Solution Lab,’ talents demonstrated learnings from the program by identifying and solving real business challenges of Thai SMEs, supporting them to sustainably grow their business online.
