The Commerce Ministry's International Trade Promotion Department (DITP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shopee to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by helping them expand businesses to oversea markets through the Shopee International Platform (SIP) program. This program allows Thai sellers to receive orders from customers in 3 countries: Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
