Garena Thailand CEO encourage young women to succeed

Dec 14, 2016 - Maneerut Anulomsombut CEO of Garena Thailand is presented as an invited motivational speaker to the very first event of Young Woman Lead! (YWL!) program run by The International Republican Institute (IRI) and the U.S. Embassy Bangkok at Dean&Deluca MahaNakhon CUBE. 
 
The initial workshop,"Women and Success: How to Break the Glass Ceiling", brought over 40 young girls who have a keen interest in the value of empowered leadership. 
 
Along with other successful women, Maneerut proudly shared personal experience on how to overcome various gender stereotypes in leadership roles and gave practical advice to the young participants. Further, during the Q&A session the discussion was very active and inspiring as many of the participants grab an opportunity to explore more about speakers’ attitudes towards attainment of success.
 
YWL! is a program created to bring together promising Thai young women to participate in interactive workshops that explore the themes of women’s civic engagement and economic empowerment in Thailand.
