Sea (Thailand) has launched the second annual “Cyber Scam Awareness” initiative, inviting university students nationwide to create short videos that highlight and educate the public on online fraud. This year’s contest, themed around building digital resilience, offers a total prize pool of THB 55,000 and encourages inclusion of reporting channels such as the 1441 Cyber Crime Hotline and ETDA’s 1212 service. The winning entry, titled “Warning Cyber Scams” by students from Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, was lauded for its clarity, creativity, and comprehensive coverage of the subject. The effort aims to equip Thai society with the awareness to recognize and thwart cyber threats.
