Sea (Thailand) and the Department of Learning Encouragement (DOLE) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to upskill more than 600 teachers across Thailand through two flagship initiatives - "Play to Learn" and "Learn to Sell by Shopee."
The partnership aims to equip educators with practical financial literacy and e-commerce skills, enabling them to bring real, applicable knowledge back to their classrooms and communities - and create sustainable income opportunities at the local level.
By 2026, master teachers trained under this initiative will cascade financial planning and digital entrepreneurship knowledge to communities nationwide. The MOU signing ceremony took place at the Science Learning Promotion and Development Center.
