A survey which was conducted over 2,000 young participants by WorkVenture, an online recruiting platform, indicates that Garena ranked in the top 5 startups/tech companies where Gen Y most want to work with in 2017. It is because the new generation want a flexible approach to work, an organization that inspires and fulfills their promises, as well as a need to work in a fast-pace environment where there are opportunities to gain experience and to develop skill set.
